Thank you for shopping at The Modern Pet Parent. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time — Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates, United States — Standard Shipping: $8.00, estimated 7–12 business days after processing. Free on orders of $70 or more. Express Shipping: $15.00, estimated 3–5 business days after processing.

Order Tracking — You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of shipping, contact team@themodernpetparent.store.

Delays — Shipments can occasionally be delayed by carrier issues, weather, customs, or high order volume. We'll notify you of any known delays.

Lost or Missing Packages — If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier facility, then contact us within 7 days to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information — Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll try to help redirect if it hasn't shipped yet.
