Processing Time

Thank you for shopping at The Modern Pet Parent. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. We work to ship every order as quickly as possible, and we'd rather give you a realistic window than an optimistic one.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.

Shipping Delays

Occasional delays can happen due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience, and we'll reach out if we expect a significant delay with your order.
